K' NAAN, also known as Abdi Warsame is taking the music industry by storm. He music has sole and comes with the truth. This guy is apparently, coz sometimes you can't be sure what you read, but he is a nephew of one of the greatest singer in Somali history 'Magool'. The special thing about this guy is that he his unique and fresh, which is what we want. Young Somali youth don't often listen to Somali music, mainly because growning up here in the western world means they need people they can relate to and identify with. I think K' NAAN will attract a lot of fans. I don't want to sound partriotic but lets say I'm proud to be Somalian right now. Its a good thing he will be singing the opening song for the world cup, gives us something to celebrate about.
